While watching the music video I took note of the use of light as well as how the video corresponded with the lyrics. The light during the video constantly drops to show the light coming from the hearts inside all the band members clothing. These hearts light up with the pulse of a normal human heart. The lyrics during the video mention a 'monster'. There is also clear indication of a male and love. "His little whispers. Love Me. Love Me." This lead me to think up ideas on a music video based on a relationship break up, in which one person still loves the other so much so that they become obsessive in trying to get them back.
Our next idea was based around Paramore's first song, Misery Business.

The music video is based around a high school in which a popular girl bullies other students because she believes she is irresistible. The video is rightly named Misery Business as the students are being bullied. In the end however, the singer of Paramore (Hayley Williams), (who in this video is another student) stands up to the bully with her band members standing behind her. Humiliated, she is seen proven to be a big fake in the end and runs off crying.
Our video idea was to have the same concept. During a party there is a girl who goes around trying to make out with all the guys at the party. Then the protagonist of the party shows up and kicks her out of her party.
After rethinking our ideas we started looking at human stop motion videos such as: That Wolf Loves Pork, The Nokia Snake Stop Motion video, and an advert for Kindle. As well as a well known stop motion Youtuber called Pes (PESfilms on youtube) He does stop motion videos using food and other items but not necessarily human stop motion though humans hands still appear in some of his videos.

After looking at these stop motion videos we got the idea to make one of our own. First of all we looked into a few songs by Prodigy including: Warriors Dance and Omen
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=voBNpdXkLnU (Warriors dance)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xMVTKOoy1uk&feature=relmfu (Omen)
The lyrics in Warriors Dance are about Dancing, of which we couldn't think of any suitable video to go along with the music. The official video is of course of all the packs of cigarettes coming to life starting to dance in a tribal manner. As well as harnessing the power of fire, like early man.
The lyrics in Omen are about some kind of omen and writing on the wall while the music video was about a rave and some strange girl who I can only assume is the omen. Me and Kelly both like these two songs but could not think of videos which could go with the theme or keep up with the tempo.
This is when we turned to Daft Punk.

We had decided to use this music piece for our video but since there is only one line of lyrics it was almost impossible to think of a good music video which would fit with the lyrics 'Around The World'
We then started looking at another of Daft Punks songs called 'Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger' which has more lyrics and a changing tempo unlike Around The World which has the same lyrics repeated and the tempo is the same throughout the song.

I believe the change in tempo and speed of the song would make it easier for us to make a stop motion with this song
